In accordance with Reg. 8.208(C), requests for extensions of the public comment period must be received during the public comment period.  The public comment period for Georgia-Pacific LLC - Crossett Paper Operations began on February 17, 2010, and ended 30 days later on March 19, 2010.  As your request was not received until April 21, 2010, the Department cannot consider your request at this time.
